Excellent home with fabulous pool area. Positive: The pool and the furnishings. The coffee bar. All the furniture was very comfortable. Negative: Needs new cook ware. The pans are uneven and could really only cook on one. An option to turn up the pool heater at an additional cost would be nice!

The home was beautiful, and clean, very well stocked with items to cook, clean, pool/beach floaters, etc. The only bummer was when we arrived on Friday at 4pm and went in the pool later that evening the water bleached/discolored our swim suits and fried our hair. We were informed pool service was on Friday’s, but was not informed if we needed to wait X amount of time to go in the pool.

The property fully met our expectations and was accurately described in the listing. The house has been nicely modernized with modern conveniences and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and has great appliances, cookware and utensils along with plenty of dishes and flatware. The fenced backyard with a nice pool and great landscaping made it a private oasis for us and our dog Betsy. With the Fred Marquis Pinellas Bike Trail only a block away, this was the perfect location for our interest in biking. It's just a short ride north thru Clearwater to Dunedin, a great area to walk, shop and eat. Riding south the path is great as it passes thru neighborhoods on the way to downtown St. Pete.This property is highly recommended and we will return frequently.

We drove from NY to FL for a three day softball tournament. We were so relieved to find plenty of space and comfortable beds. Everyone had plenty of room. The home was well appointed with all of the items you always forget that you will need. Loved having laundry off the kitchen. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the outdoor space was beautiful. Would definitely stay again.
