Great location. Property as described.

The apartment is exactly like the pictures and would be awesome without all the noise outside Positive: The apartment was great. It was exactly what we wanted but the downside of all the noise was too much and ended up outweighing the good points about the place. Negative: The noise at the apartment was unbearable. The neighbour next door was up all night talking on the phone or internet, the amount of people and noise in the car park out the back of the apartment was too much, the drummer playing his drums from 2am till 430 was terrible and whilst Ybor is known for the roosters having them crow all through the night was crazy. You need to sound proof the room and it would be fantastic. I actually sent an email regarding this after 2 days to ask for help but got no reply from this. We ended up moving out for 3 days (that's all we could afford) just to get some sleep.

Great stay. Should have stayed longer Positive: Easy to access, private, and clean.

Really good spot. All customers bet live every playoff Sunday would stay at again. Positive: Right in the middle of everything. You can walk everywhere; has free parking; can't beat that. The games begin. Very comfortable spot. Negative: There are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have a lot of luggage. Also the parking lot behind the apartment fills with people at night hanging out and partying in their cars. So it can be noisy.
