Positive: There wasn't a crazy list of stuff to do as you were checking out so you didn't have to worry about anything. The rear balcony was really a nice feature & everything was set up for ease. Tom was super great.
Negative: They needed fresher creamers & more of them. Ours were old & gross. The toilet is problematic but manageable.
